Monica Rojas, LSW

Monica Rojas is a Licensed Social Worker with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the esteemed Rutgers University. She is currently on track to obtaining her Clinical License in Social Work (LCSW). Monica brings over a decade of experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health challenges across a variety of settings.

Throughout her career, Monica has applied her social work foundation in both case management and clinical roles, supporting individuals with complex and high-acuity needs. She specializes in individual therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.

Monica provides therapeutic services to adolescents, adults, and families—working both as an outpatient mental health therapist and as a clinical team lead in a psychiatric community home. She is passionate about providing compassionate care to individuals navigating issues related to low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, aggression, and trauma. Her commitment is to foster a non-judgmental and safe environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She supports individuals in embracing their mental health as a source of strength—building resilience, enhancing their quality of life, and stepping confidently into their full potential.
