Grief Counseling
Grief is a natural response to loss, but it can feel overwhelming, unpredictable, and deeply isolating. Loss may come in many forms- including the death of a loved one, changes in relationships, health challenges, or significant life transitions- and each person’s grief journey is unique.
Grief counseling provides a supportive and compassionate space to process your emotions at your own pace. There is no “right way” to grieve, and therapy is focused on meeting you where you are- whether you are experiencing sadness, anger, numbness, guilt, or a mix of emotions that feel difficult to make sense of.
Together, we explore the impact of your loss, help you find ways to cope with intense emotions, and support you in adjusting to life after change. This may include building coping strategies, creating meaning from your experience, and finding ways to stay connected to what or who you’ve lost while continuing to move forward in your life.
Our goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and less alone as you navigate the grieving process in a way that honors your experience.
