Stress Management

Stress is a normal part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming or constant, it can affect your mood, sleep, focus, relationships, and physical health. You may notice feeling tense, exhausted, irritable, or like you’re always “on edge” or struggling to keep up.

Stress management therapy provides a supportive space to better understand your stressors and how they show up in your life. Together, we explore both external pressures (work, school, relationships, responsibilities) and internal patterns (perfectionism, self-criticism, overthinking) that may be contributing to your stress response.

We focus on building practical, real-life tools that fit your day-to-day routine. This may include coping strategies for acute stress, emotional regulation skills, grounding techniques, boundary-setting, time and energy management, and improving self-care in a sustainable way. We also work on identifying early warning signs of burnout so you can respond before stress becomes overwhelming.

Our goal is to help you feel more balanced, supported, and in control- so you can navigate daily demands with greater ease, resilience, and confidence.
