Mandy Dixon, LCSW

Mandy Dixon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified paralegal, and former K–12 teacher with a diverse professional background that has shaped the way she approaches her work with clients. She brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective to therapy, using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, ARC-Grow, and TF-CBT to support children, adolescents, and adults.

Throughout her career, Mandy has had the privilege of working in outpatient settings, partial hospitalization programs, and Intensive in Community settings, deepening her understanding of how systems impact individuals and families, and it has strengthened her commitment to providing compassionate, effective care. 

 Mandy earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, where she completed the Child and Adolescent Certificate Program and RUBY Fellowship. She also earned her Trauma Focused CBT certification after completing a fellowship at Rowan University School of Medicine, CARES Institute.

Mandy is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, and find meaning in their journey. Her goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported and empowered to grow.
