Krystle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wilmington University. She provides high quality, compassionate, and ethical therapy to consumers. Krystle promotes wellness by maintaining awareness of psychiatric medications, medical issues, and environmental struggles. She uses skills with applying varied interventions with individuals by establishing treatment plans with defined goals, treatment modalities, specific measurable outcomes, and treatment time frames.
She works with varying reasons for referral such as, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, trauma, self-esteem, domestic violence, DCP&P, self-harm, suicide attempts, ASD, health anxiety, co-dependency, substance abuse, gender dysphoria, LBGTQ, post-incarceration, BPD, grief, anger management, and acculturation.
Krystle uses a blend of theories and utilizes cognitive behavior therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychodynamic as treatment modalities. Krystle performs individual sessions where she utilizes mindfulness, assessments, psycho-education, anger management, behavioral activation, positive affirmations, self-care, and ACE scores.
