Jordyn Quigley, LAMFT
Jordyn works with children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, families, and couples as they navigate the challenges that can come with everyday life, relationships, school, and personal growth. She has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment concerns, behavioral challenges, school-related difficulties, life transitions, family and sibling relationships, and couples concerns. Jordyn understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and she strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves.
Jordyn takes an integrative, individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and takes the time to meet each client where they are. Whether working with a child learning to express big emotions, a teenager navigating school and relationships, an adult adjusting to a life change, or a couple working to reconnect, Jordyn collaborates with her clients to identify their strengths, understand their challenges, and develop tools that feel practical and meaningful to their lives.
Jordyn draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Person-Centered Therapy. Her work with children and adolescents incorporates developmentally appropriate and engaging strategies to help them build emotional awareness, coping skills, confidence, and healthy relationships. When working with families and couples, she focuses on communication, connection, understanding patterns, and creating healthier relationships. Above all, Jordyn aims to help her clients feel supported as they navigate life's challenges while building the confidence and skills to create positive, lasting change.
