Stress Management therapy can help individuals that are experiencing higher levels of stress or are having trouble coping with everyday stressors.  Stress can cause serious mental and physical symptoms and can severely impact an individual’s life.  With Stress Management therapy, the individual will work with the therapist to identify stressors and learn how to manage their response.  By managing their stress response, an individual can increase their quality of life.
