Sharon Pluck, LCSW

Sharon Pluck is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey with over a decade of clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns and work toward meaningful change.

Sharon is a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and has extensive experience working with individuals affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders. Her work is grounded in cultural humility and inclusivity, and she strives to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and respected.

She earned both her Bachelor’s (2006) and Master’s (2008) degrees in Social Work from Rutgers University, where she cultivated her passion for mental health advocacy and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Known for her warm, authentic approach, Sharon builds strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and openness. She individualizes treatment to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing on a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, and Psychoeducation. Sharon works collaboratively with clients to help them identify their strengths, build resilience, and reach their personal goals for healing and growth.
