She believes that effective treatment is not one-size-fits-all and tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
At the heart of Shaina’s work is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful change. She strives to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences openly and honestly.
Shaina approaches each client with genuineness, empathy, and authenticity, and values bringing warmth and personality into the therapy space. She is committed to helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
