Nicole earned her Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2017 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey in 2019. 

Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in various levels of care, including behavioral health inpatient facilities, youth residential programs, alternative education settings, and public schools. In these roles, she has provided both individual and group services to youth and their families, particularly those with a history of trauma affecting their daily lives, relationships, and overall functioning. 

Additionally, Nicole has worked in school-based environments where she assists students facing challenges such as learning disabilities, self-esteem issues, interpersonal conflicts, lack of motivation, and emotional difficulties. She is dedicated to meeting clients where they are and helping them develop new skills to achieve their fullest potential.
