Lauren Chiari, LSW

Lauren is a dedicated therapist with a rich academic background and a passion for helping individuals overcome their challenges. With a graduate degree in Clinical Social Work and currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical and Forensic Psychology, Lauren brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Lauren serves as a professor at Rowan University, where she imparts her wisdom and experience to students in the Social Sciences department.

Throughout her career, Lauren has focused on addressing a wide range of issues, including Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive and related Tic Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Couples therapy, LGBT, and Play therapy. Her diverse experience has equipped her with the insight and skills necessary to guide individuals through their unique struggles.

Lauren specializes in exposure and response therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and holistic approaches aimed at alleviating anxiety and related symptoms. Her holistic approach recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, empowering her clients to achieve lasting healing and growth.
