Diane Gruszewski, MA, LCSW became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey in 1995 and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA in 2018. She received her Master’s degree from Rutgers’s University and has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University.
Diane participates in continuing education programs on an ongoing basis to obtain 40 credits every two years to fulfill license renewal requirements and to better serve client needs. She has experience in working with individuals, couples and families and has worked with adults, seniors, adolescents, and children.
Diane specializes in depression, anxiety, stress management, grief, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, parenting, adult ADHD, emotional eating and bipolar disorder. She will work with you to develop an individualized therapy plan to assist you with meeting your goals and to. The modalities Diane uses are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused therapy, Motivational interviewing, Naikan therapy, and Imago therapy and she received training in parent child Interactive therapy (PCIT}. She looks forward to assisting you with coping techniques to help you achieve emotional well-being. Diane is currently accepting adults, couples and families for telehealth sessions.
