Brooke Wilson, LSW
Brooke is a licensed social worker with a passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Widener University, where she specialized in trauma-informed care and clinical social work.
Brooke has experience working with both teens and adults in a variety of settings, including addiction treatment and intensive outpatient therapy. She has supported clients navigating a range of mental health concerns, including substance use disorders(SUD), depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and bipolar disorders. Her clinical work is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation.
Brooke takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, partnering with clients to identify their existing resources and inner resilience as they work toward their goals. She is committed to creating an open, non-judgmental, and affirming space where clients feel safe to show up as their full selves. With warmth and respect, Brooke meets clients where they are and walks alongside them as they explore healing, growth, and self-discovery at their own pace.
