Ann earned her Master of Social Work with an emphasis in Health from Rutgers University. Since graduating, Ann gained valuable experience as an oncology social worker providing counseling to patients living with cancer and their loved ones.
With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches, Ann offers a comprehensive skill set to her clients. She specializes in working with individuals facing life-changing events and the associated challenges of anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, and intimacy issues.
Ann values a safe and welcoming environment for her clients. Central to her practice is the exploration of thoughts, emotions, and core beliefs. Her approach is characterized by authenticity and genuine empathy, while striving to understand and validate clients’ experiences.
